Returns & Refund Policy

At Gridiron Goods, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you:

  • Change your mind

  • Choose the wrong size, style, or color

  • No longer want the item after it has shipped

Please select your items carefully before completing your purchase.


Faulty or Damaged Products

In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), you are entitled to a remedy if a product is:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Unsafe to use

  • Significantly different from its description or sample

If this applies, we will offer a replacement or refund as required by law.


Reporting a Problem

If you believe your item is faulty or misrepresented, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video of the product issue

  • A description of the problem

We will assess your claim and provide instructions for the next steps.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.

  • After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as items may already be in processing or shipped.


Shipping Costs on Returns

If a return is approved due to a fault or defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Customers are not responsible for return shipping in cases covered by the CGA.

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Gridiron Goods.

  • We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
