At Gridiron Goods, we work with trusted manufacturing partners in China to deliver football-inspired products directly to your door. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Shipping Times

All orders are shipped directly from our suppliers in China. Estimated delivery times are:

  • New Zealand & Australia: 10–20 business days

  • United States & Canada: 10–25 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–25 business days

  • Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Please note: These are estimates only. Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier backlogs, or events outside our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and product size/weight.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees in the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Gridiron Goods is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from customs inspections.


Tracking Orders

  • Most orders include tracking details once shipped.

  • Some items may ship without tracking, depending on the supplier. If tracking is available, details will be emailed to you.


Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple products, they may arrive separately. This is because items may be shipped from different suppliers in China at different times.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package has not arrived within 40 business days of shipment, please contact us at NickCowen248@gmail.com.

  • We will investigate with our suppliers and courier partners and provide a solution.


Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.

  • Gridiron Goods is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
