Gridiron Goods is an online retailer specializing in football-inspired goods. We operate as a dropshipping business, meaning we do not hold all items in stock. Instead, products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our website. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Products & Availability

  • Product descriptions and images are provided by our suppliers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee colors, sizing, or designs will exactly match photos.

  • All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Gridiron Goods is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Football League (NFL), its teams, or players.

  • Any references to “football” or “gridiron” are purely descriptive.

  • We do not claim ownership of, or rights to, any official NFL trademarks, logos, or team names.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchase complies with local laws.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in American Dollars (USD).

  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • As a dropshipping retailer, shipping times vary depending on supplier location and customer destination. Typical delivery ranges from 7–21 business days.

  • Delays caused by customs, suppliers, or shipping carriers are outside our control.

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • No Returns Policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.

  • Refunds will only be provided where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, such as for faulty or misrepresented goods.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. After that, orders may already be in processing/shipping and cannot be canceled.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Gridiron Goods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

  • We do not guarantee that products will meet personal expectations beyond what is reasonably described.
